71 Affordable Housing Rental Apartments Available in Morrisania

Here's some news from our friends at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development:

1085 Washington Avenue Apartments is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for 71 affordable housing rental apartments now under construction at 1085 Washington Avenue in the Morrisania section of The Bronx. This building is being constructed through the Mixed Income Rental Program (MIRP) of the City of New York’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development and the Low- Income Affordable Housing Program (LAMP) of New York City’s Housing Development Corporation.
