Find a Shovel, Clarovista

According to a tipster, the people at Clarovista, 6238 North Broadway, are pretty good at offering "IMMEDIATE OCCUPANCY! SPECIAL FINANCING. RATES AS LOW AS 3.5%*", making grand openings, and negotiating deals with Aldi, but they don't seem to be all that good at shoveling snow that falls from the sky onto the sidewalks outside their building.

If you happen to be walking by there and you have a camera, take a picture of the snow and upload it to Flickr so that the images appear here and also over here. This one here was sent by the tipster.

A couple of weeks ago, my sister from Madison, WI was here and she commented on the no-shoveling scofflaws in our neighborhood. She said you don't get away with that in WI; they ticket you. Why doesn't the city enforce this? It would be a source of revenue-- the city should like that.
